Upward Sports

Upward Basketball strengthens young athletes - mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially. This is accomplished by:

• An evaluation system that promotes equal and competitive teams
• Establishment of a one-hour practice and game each week
• A substitution system for each team, allowing every child equal playing time
• Opportunities for every child to learn and improve their skills in the sport

Every athlete:

• Receives a full uniform
• An award at the end of the year
• Individualized star awards after each game
• Practice devotionals
